Apple and pumpkin-flavored everything can only mean one thing – fall is just around the corner. Whether you are local to the area or plan to visit from out of state, the list of fall festivals 2019 to attend this year are endless. Festivities include food (and plenty of it!), music, art, and kid-friendly activities too.

Hoboken Comedy Festival

A ten-year festival, the Hoboken Comedy Festival promises plenty of laughs over seven days from September 30th through October 6th. Comedians from all over the country attend the festival which supports the Liberty Humane Society.

Highlands 19th Annual Oktoberfest

The next best thing to traveling to Munich, Germany is attending the annual Oktoberfest event in Highlands, New Jersey. For the past 18 years, guests have enjoyed authentic German food, beer, dancing, music, and lots of fun. Admissions and parking are both free for the event.

Haddonfield Fall Festival & Craft Show

Held annually in Haddonfield, New Jersey, this festival is home to more than 100 craft vendors. Items range in variety, which includes handmade items, pottery, clothing, and of course, plenty of food. This year will also include scarecrow making. The festival lines King Highway.

Downtown Wildwood’s Hall-O-Wine Festival

A first-year, multi-day event filled with activities for both adults and children. Enjoy wine and craft beer tasting in designated areas. Children can enjoy trick-or-treating activities along with games and activities. There will also be food trucks, live music, and a DJ for all to enjoy.

Exit Zero Jazz Festival

For those that have a true appreciation for music. The Exit Zero Jazz Festival is three fun-filled days in Cape May, New Jersey. The event takes place indoors, so attendees don’t have to fret about the weather. Plan on enjoying music from several artists, including The Summit: Manhattan Transfer Meets Take 6; The War and Treaty, David Sanborn, Bria Skonberg, The Messenger Legacy: Art Blakey Centennial Celebration, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, and The Bad Plus.
